The 2016 ADVANCE SALE has ended.It was Thursday, June 4, 2015 @ 11:00 am PDT. It was the only time passes could be purchased using the payment plan.
You’ll have to wait until next year after the line up is announced to try for the remaining passes.  The entire website will be updated at that time with availability and other festival information.
Please review all the 2016 advance sale information on this page. *info subject to change. This is the only info available about 2016.
GENERAL INFO
  • Festival passes are valid for the entire weekend that you purchased.
  • Festival passes are only valid for the weekend you purchased.
  • Wristbands void if tampered or removed.
  • The festival itself is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
  • Onsite camping is 18 + unless accompanied by parent.
  • The pass limit is 2 total (of any combination other than with hotel packages or Lake Eldorado 4 person tents)
  • Going over the limit in any combination of orders/passes is subject to order cancellation at anytime without notice.*(not talking about 4 person packages)
  • Yes you may buy 2 passes for each weekend.
  • Festival passes are limited to 2 per Front Gate purchase account. Anyone that purchases more, either for themselves or for others are subject to cancellation.
  • Please note: If you are logged into your Front Gate purchase account and try to make an additional purchase for friends, even if the new order is under another name/credit card/email/ billing address OR another front gate purchase account, it is subject to cancellation.
  • Original purchaser name cannot be changed.
  • Wristband Activation is required for 2016.

  • Once again we will attempt to produce two identical festival weekends. That means same lineup, same art, same place, different people.

PAYMENT PLAN INFO

  • Advance sale / payment plan orders are handled exclusively through Front Gate Tickets.
    WEEKEND 1 FRONT GATE ACCOUNT | WEEKEND 2 FRONT GATE ACCOUNT
  • 20% down payment (of your entire order) minimum required for purchase.
  • 6 additional monthly payments will be automatically deducted in the beginning of each month July through December 2015 (unless you chose to pay in full).
  • No refunds / cancellations or exchanges.
  • In order to utilize the layaway plan you MUST create a Front Gate Ticket purchase account and be logged in at time of purchase.
  • You can buy anything listed on this page for sale using the payment plan except for Safari Tents.
  • DEFAULT on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. NO exceptions. It is 100% YOUR responsibility to manage your payment plan. You must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payments are deducted. You will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If your payment is not made by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order WILL BE CANCELLED and you will be charged a $50 restocking fee.
  • The advance sale is the only opportunity to participate in the payment plan option.
  • You may PAY IN FULL if you do not want to use the payment plan.

GETTING YOUR PASSES (SHIPPING / WILL CALL)

  • Orders will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • A physical shipping address is required.
  • Orders being delivered/shipped will require a signature for delivery.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped / shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances  (lost/stolen/errors/not home/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender)  will be required to be picked up at will call.
  • Photo ID & credit card used for purchase are required for will call pick up.
  • $20 additional for Canada/Mexico shipping.
  • $25 additional for all other International shipping.

  • GA FESTIVAL PASS/SHUTTLE COMBO $435Allows entrance into the venue & day parking lots. May visit camping areas. Any line anytime Shuttle pass included (+additional charge for international shipping)
  • VIP FESTIVAL PASS $899There are a limited number of VIP passes available for purchase. A VIP festival pass allows access into the venue, day parking lots and the TWO venue VIP areas. May also visit camping areas. The main VIP area is located adjacent to the main stage (under white peaked tents) and consists of shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar. The second VIP area is located directly next to the Sahara tent in the beautiful Rose Garden complete with extra seating, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors, full cash bars, and a spectacular view of thousands of roses.
    VIP Parking is sold SEPARATELY.

  • VIP PARKING $150
    VIP Parking is sold separately and located adjacent to the festival grounds. Everyone arriving in the car must also be wearing their VIP festival pass in order to access the VIP parking lot. GA wristbands will NOT be allowed to enter the VIP parking area. The VIP lot is only open on festival days from 9am-2am. No overnight parking or camping in this lot (no vehicle ins/outs).
  • CAR CAMPING $99 
    10×30 car camping spot. Everyone camping in this spot will need a festival pass. This pass is NON transferable and will only be valid when used with a festival pass it was originally purchased with. Not valid unless purchased with a festival pass. (NO vehicle ins/outs).   • TENT CAMPING $9910×15 tent camping spot. Everyone camping in this spot will need a festival pass. This spot also includes 1 overnight parking spot for the weekend in an adjacent lot (NO vehicle ins/outs). This pass is NON transferable and will only be valid when used with a festival pass it was originally purchased with. Not valid unless purchased with a festival pass.   • COMPANION CAMPING PARKING $30
    This pass is for 1 overnight parking spot for the weekend for an additional car of people that are planning to camp with you in your camping spot. (NO vehicle ins/outs). Limit one per order. There is no other overnight parking at the festival. No camping in this lot.
  • 2016 COACHELLA FESTIVAL POSTER $15
    Pre-order a 18×24 print. These will be shipped directly to you separate from any festival pass order you may be receiving, prior to the festival. Price shown includes shipping.
  • OUTSTANDING IN THE FIELD DINNER $225

CAMPING DETAILS

All onsite camping is 18+ over (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).
Camping is open Thursday at 9am through Monday at noon either weekend. Cars can check in at 9am on Thursday until 2am and starting at 9am Fri-Sun (until 11PM). 24 hours for pedestrians parking in companion camping parking and walking over to camp spots. Please plan your arrival times accordingly.
Everyone camping on site must also have a festival pass. Camping for the festival opens on Thursday and closes on Monday for each weekend. There is no camping between the two weekends. If you are camping and attending both weekends you will be required to leave after weekend 1 and come back for weekend 2.
Car or Tent camping camping is sold as a SPOT.  You either buy a “car camping” spot (camp next to the car) or a “tent camping” spot (comes with 1 parking spot in an adjacent lot).  You can have as many people camp in that spot as you can comfortably fit. Yes that means you can share a spot. Everyone camping still needs their own festival pass.
All camping spots are NON transferable. You will NOT be able to purchase a VALID camping spot without purchasing a festival pass in the same order. The camping spot is only valid when used with its accompanying purchased festival pass. Please keep this in mind when planning your purchase.
CAR CAMPING spots are 10×30 and REQUIRE a car parked in each spot. (NO vehicle ins/outs). You can have as many people camp in your spot as you can comfortably fit, however if you require overnight parking for an additional car you MUST purchase a car companion parking pass for the separate adjacent overnight companion parking lot. TENT CAMPING spots are 10×15 and come with one tent camping parking spot in an adjacent lot (NO vehicle ins/outs). You can have as many people camp in your spot as you can comfortably fit, however if you require overnight parking for an additional car you MUST purchase a tent companion parking pass. These are only available to purchase with a festival or tent camping pass and are limited to 1 per person. There is NO additional overnight parking. Please note, Tent Camping spots are not mixed in with Car Camping.  Tent camping spots are all together just people’s tents.
LAKE ELDORADO spots are separate from “Car & Tent” camping spots. They include a fully pitched and “ready to go” kick ass 2 person Tee Pee or 4 person safari-styled tent. Each comes with cots, sleeping bags and pillows which are yours to keep or to donate to charity. Each reservation will also come with one designated parking spot in the adjacent lot (vehicle ins/outs from 2am to 10am permitted). If you require overnight parking for an additional car you MUST purchase a car companion parking pass for the separate overnight companion parking lot (No vehicle ins/outs). These are only available to purchase with a festival or camping pass and are limited to 1 per order. There is NO additional overnight parking. 2016 Lake Eldorado spots come with festival passes as mentioned in the PASSES section higher up on this page.
Please note there is NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking at Coachella.

TRAVEL PACKAGE INFO

  • Travel Packages are available for both Coachella weekends and sold exclusively through Valley Music Travel. You will have the option to pay in full for your travel package or use the convenient payment plan option. The Valley Music Travel payment plan will charge 25% down upon purchases (before July 15) 25% 1st week of August, 25% 1st week of October and 25% 1st week of December. (or 34% down + 2 payments of 33% for orders after July 15 or  50% down + 50% 1st week of December for orders placed after  Sept. 15)                                                
  • 3 Nights at the Hotel of your choice.
  • Accommodations for two (2) or four (4) people based on your selection. Please note, 4 person packages are 4 people in 1 room with 2 beds. If you would like to have 4 people in 2 rooms, purchase (2) 2 person packages at the same hotel. Travel packages can be purchased with 3-day General Admission Passes or 3-day VIP Passes based on your selection.
  • Select hotels are 21+, please check your specific package details before buying.
    Shuttle Transportation all weekend between the hotel and festival site.
  • Shuttles will run from the shuttle stops to the festival site Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 AM until 8 PM Each day. Service from the festival site will be on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 PM until 60 minutes after music ends each night.
  • You will pick up your passes, shuttle passes and other pertinent documentation at the hotel upon check in.
  • All hotel taxes included.
  • You will need a credit or debit card to check into the hotel when you arrive. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. (This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package)
  • 3 Nights VIP Details: VIP Coachella passes allows access into the venue, day parking lots and the TWO venue VIP areas. May also visit camping areas. The main VIP area is located adjacent to the main stage (under white peaked tents) and consists of shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar. The second VIP area is located directly next to the Sahara tent in the beautiful Rose Garden complete with extra seating, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors, full cash bars, and a spectacular view of thousands of roses.
  • Please note name changes may be made for free through February 08, 2016. There will be a $100 fee for name changes made after this date.
